Media accreditation is strictly for members of the press involved in reporting on the show, or involved in editing and broadcast coverage, etc. It is not open to advertising agencies, or to the advertising and sales departments of press organisations, nor their guests. All applicants will be screened for eligibility and must supply examples of published material, or a media program plan for review to assist in evaluating the legitimacy of your application.
Successful applicants will be required to comply too specific publication requirements (See Media Perquisites plus Terms & Conditions below). Meguiar’s MotorEx promoter reserves the right to refuse press credentials to any individual or organization.
Pre and mid event:
A major objective for granting Meguiar’s MotorEx media accreditation is to attract spectators to the event. To achieve this objective, accredited media are required to commit to publishing pre-event promotional material, as well as publishing a minimum of four social media posts (i.e.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or website) on each day of event attendance, accompanied by the #motorexshow hashtag. Meguiar’s MotorEx promotor, MotorActive, is happy to assist and provide pre-event promotional material.
To ensure maximum exposure is generated for all media derived from Meguiar’s MotorEx, accredited media is required to notify MotorActive whenever media generated from MotorEx is published. This will enable MotorActive to provide additional promotion of published material to help maximise its reach and exposure.
MotorActive will monitor all accredited media for compliance to these terms and conditions which may form part of the evaluation process in determining the legitimacy of future MotorEx media accreditation applications.
